Week 4 Laramie

This week was very short but that was okay.

December 22, 2017:We did weekly planning which was good but took up
most of the day which was not as good.
Spiritual: Planning is important

December 23, 2017: We finished weekly planning which was good, we also
did some tracting which was okay but not successful at all. Then we
went to Fort Colin’s for a Baptism and then got stuck down there for
the night
Spiritual: Do your best and the Lord will do the rest

December 24, 2017: We drove up from Fort Collins at 6:30 which was
fun, then we had an hour of church which was good. Then we went
carolling with one of our Bishop and his family. Then we visited a few
less actives before we went carolling with our district and that was
good.
Spiritual: Service is good


December 25, 2017: We had Christmas, we got to FaceTime home which was
really good, then we got to watch the best two years which was good.
Then we had dinner with one of our bishops before going and stopping
b6 the other which was good.
Spiritual: Keep The spirit of Christmas in your life year round

December 26, 2017: We have not done too much but I suppose that is alright.
Spiritual: Having down time is important

We had a wonderful time talking with Joshua on Christmas Day he is doing good and is enjoying being in the Laramie area. He said it is cold and windy. I told him on Thursday that we had to put are dog down last Monday so we talked about that for a bit. He misses not doing any service this transfer since his companions prefer tracting over service.One of his companions is going home less then 2 weeks so he is a bit trunky. He looks and sounds great. 18 months down 6 to go.

Week 3Laramie

This was a longer week then normal since Elder Patterson had zone conference on Tuesday and so pday was moved to Thursday.

Merry Early Christmas,

This week has gone by quickly but been very long.

December 13, 2017: We did a lot of street contacting which was
alright. We also did quite a bit of tracting as that is what my
companions wanted to do. We had a good lesson on Jesus Christ with a
recent convert which was also very good.
Spiritual: Doing things you don’t want to can bring blessings

December 14, 2017: We had district meeting and did some weekly
planning and had a few short lessons which were good.
Spiritual: Everyone can use the gospel

December 15, 2017: We did more weekly planning which was alright. We
also had a fair amount of lessons with returning less actives which
were good.
Spiritual: Planning is important

December 16, 2017: We finished weekly planning and had a meeting with
the ward mission which was good. In the evening we went to a baptism
of a member who wanted Elder J to give a talk which was good and
spiritual.
Spiritual: Baptisms are always awesome

December 17, 2017: We had church which was really good. They had a
combined YSA ward of all 3 wards due to the Holidays and that was
good. Then in the evening we had a lesson with a recent convert which
was really good.
Spiritual: The Sabbath is a delight

December 18, 2017: We had a few lessons with less actives and
investigators which were all good.
Spiritual: Help those who are lost to return to the fold

December 19, 2017: We had Zone Conference which was based on faith to
find those ready to receive the gospel and that was really good. Then
I drove back to Laramie with Elder Mc and that was really good
to be able to talk with him for a while.
Spiritual: Faith is crucial to all parts of life

December 20, 2017: We were on Exchanges, I was with Elder Band
Elder B and we did like 4 hours of tracting to limited success but
it was good. In the evening we had a lesson with a recent convert and
talked about Family History Work which was good.
Spiritual: Change is good

December 21, 2017: We had P day and we did not do too much but I
suppose that is alright.
Spiritual: R&R is needed from time to time

Week #2 Laramie

This week was fast which was pretty good.

December 6, 2017: We did a lot of tracting and not much else, we found
a few people but overall did not have success.
Spiritual: Finding is hard but worth it.

December 7, 2017: We had district meeting and interviews which took up
the vast majority of the day. We had one lesson with a returning less
active which was good and that was cool.
Spiritual: Take advantage of times when you can talk with your
ecclesiastical leaders as they can help you a lot.

December 8, 2017: We did weekly planning which was good but not much
else which was alright.
Spiritual: Planning is important.

December 9, 2017: We had a ward breakfast for the YSA which was good.
We also had quite a few lessons with members which were good and that
was nice.
Spiritual: Members are crucial for successful missionary work.

December 10, 2017: We had church which was good. The YSA had their
Christmas program which was really good. Aside from church we did not
do too much.
Spiritual: The sacrament is a delight.

December 11, 2017: We did a lot of less active contacting to some
success, we also had the YSA ward Christmas party which was good and a
lot of fun
Spiritual: We are called as a church to help bring those who are lost
back to the fold.

December 12, 2017: We are not planning on doing too much except maybe
go fishing with some members if the lake is not too frozen, but
otherwise not too much which is alright I suppose.
Spiritual: Blessings come if you do the lords will

Week 1 in Laramie

This week was a good week lot of changes but that’s alright

November 29,2017: We had transfers which took up a lot of the day.
After transfers we did a small bit of tracting but not much else.
Spiritual: change is good.

November 30, 2017: We did a bit of contacting and weekly planning
which was fun. We also planned for this transfers Exchanges which was
fun as well.
Spiritual: Planning is very important.

December 1, 2017: I was left with the ridge view Elders, Elder B
and Elder P. We did service and weekly planning which was good.
Spiritual: Service is good for the soul

December 2, 2017: We had a car fast which was good. We did a lot of
walking but that was alright.
Spiritual: Sacrifice brings blessings

December 3, 2017: We had church from 7:30-4:00 which was a very long
day. Other than church we did not do a whole awful lot.
Spiritual: The Sabbath is a delight.

December 4, 2017: We were on exchanges, we did some tracting which was
kinda successful. It was freezing cold though which made things more
difficult.
Spiritual: Exchanges give new insight.

Week 6 Cheyenne/ Transfer news

This week has been interesting especially for it being week 6

November 22, 2017: We had service at the Salvation Army for a good portion of the day which was fun. After that we had a lesson with a recent convert which was really good. Then we tried contacting a bunch of people to no real success sadly.

Spiritual: Service is good.

November 23,2017: We had two Thanksgiving meals and two deserts which filled almost the entire day.

Spiritual: Be grateful for your many blessings 

November 24, 2017: We did some weekly planning which was good. We had a terrific lesson with an investigator family which was really cool. We also visited a less active family and talked with them for a good while.

Spiritual: Don’t judge people by their cover

November 25, 2017: We did a lot of contacting to very limited success which was okay I suppose. We had a lesson with a former investigator which was alright but not too great as she kept spacing out.

Spiritual: Success is in the attempt

November 26, 2017: We all gave talks in our first ward which was cool. We had like 10 investigators at church which was a record. Not too much else happened.

Spiritual: The lord will bless the diligent 

November 27, 2017: We did some contacting to limited success again. We had two lessons which were both great. We found out transfer info which was good as well.

Spiritual: Trust in the strength of the Lord

November 28, 2017: We have been packing and that has been most of the day.

Spiritual: Change is good

Joshua is surely seeing a lot of different areas as this is his 5 transfer in 5 transfers, After starting his mission being in an are for more then one transfer. He is going to Laramie and he will be working in a YSA ward which should be fun for him.

Week 5 Cheyenne

So this past week has seemingly flown by

November 15, 2017: We were on Exchanges with the Elders from Scottsbluff and that was a lot of fun. We did a good amount of tracting but saw next to no success which was the greatest. After we ended exchanges we had an awesome lesson with a potential investigator which was really cool.

Spiritual: The lord blesses you in his time

November 16, 2017: We had district meeting which was a lot of fun. Following that we had interviews which were good, but very long as my companions had to meet with President as zone leaders so I just had to sit and wait which was boring. After that we had two great first lessons which were awesome.

Spiritual:  Trust in the lord and he will direct thy paths

November 17, 2017: We spent a good amount of the day doing weekly planning which was good and fun to some degree. We then helped the STLs move some furniture for an investigator so that was good as well.

Spiritual: Planning is important 

November 18, 2017: We did a lot of potentials contacting but had limited success in doing so. We also helped one of our ward mission leaders with service which was fun.

Spiritual: Service is good for everyone 

November 19, 2017: We had church which was great as always, we had a family of 5 investigators come to church which was awesome. We then helped teach Elders quórum which was fun as well. We then watched the face to face event with other missionaries which was crazy cool

Spiritual: The Sabbath is a delight.

November 20, 2017: We were one Exchanges which were good. We did a lot of tracting and a bit of contacting, none of which was all that successful. After Exchanges we went and gave one of the STLs a blessing which helped her a lot.

Spiritual: The Priesthood is amazing

November 21, 2017: We went and worked out at a members home which was cool as he is a athletic trainer. Then I got my hair cut and since then we have just been relaxing.

Spiritual: Take time to recharge, it is good for you.

Week 4 Cheyenne/ Zone Conference

November 8, 2017: We were on Exchanges with the Scottsbluff Elders so that was fun. We did a fair bit of tracting which was not all that successful but it allow us to talk to a lot of interesting characters.

Spiritual: The lord blesses you for your diligence 

November 9, 2017: We had zone conference which was good. We talked a very small bit on how to use Facebook but also spoke on obedience as usual but it was great as always

Spiritual: obedience brings blessings 

November 10, 2017: We drove down to Windsor to get new phones for members of our zone. That was fun as we were able to talk with the office staff. Other than that and weekly planning not too much occurred.

Spiritual: Planning brings blessings 

November 11, 2017: We did a fair bit of contacting to some success. We found a family of five who are super excited to learn more about the church. Other than that not a whole awful lot occurred.

Spiritual: The Lord blesses those who try.

November 12, 2017: I hit my 16 month mark which is so weird. We had church which was amazing as always. We did some contacting to some success but it was great as always.

Spiritual: The Sabbath is a delight.

November 13, 2017: We were on Exchanges with Elder J and Elder P

which was fun. We taught a few members of the ward the plan to help the members help the missionaries which was good and fun.

Spiritual: member missionary work is super important.

November 14, 2017: We have had P-day, which has been very long and boring as all they are doing is basketball which I don’t enjoy playing competitively so I have just been doing some Family History work.

Spiritual: Family History work is important

Elders after institute a good way to close P-day. Joshua's mission has now decided to have p-day on Tuesday.

I asked them if they were going to have to get smart phones and he said they most likely would not for at least a year since they have tablets. They are on facebook. He said Cheyenne does not get a lot of snow it is just cold and windy their.
I do not think Joshua likes having his picture taken when he is eating..

Week # 3 Cheyenne

This week was fun for the most part

November 1, 2017: We had the baptism of Emily V who was taught all of the lessons a year ago but had hesitated to be baptized for a year. We also had two great lessons with investigators who will be baptized as one of them we set on date for the first Saturday in December so that will be awesome.

Spiritual: The Lord has his timing in mind all the time

November 2, 2017: We had Exchanges which were fun. I was with Elder T and Elder G so that was a lot of fun. We did some tracting and taught two lessons one with a returning less active and the other was a recent convert.

Spiritual: Obedience brings blessings 

November 3, 2017: My companions had MLC so I just hung around at the mission office which was rather boring but okay I suppose. 

Spiritual: Discussion is important 

November 4, 2017: We had a no drive day which was okay. We talked to a lot of people but did not have much success but that was alright.

Spiritual: Hard things bring blessings 

November 5, 2017: The time change is horrible. We had church which was great. Then we did some finding which was good but unsuccessful.

Spiritual: The sacrament is a joy

November 6, 2017: We had Exchanges I was with Elder T and Elder P. We found a few potential investigators but did not have too much success otherwise but it was fun.

Spiritual: Change brings knowledge

November 7, 2017: It snowed a lot last night. We are having our district P-day going to feed Bison which should be fun. Not much else other than planning Xone conference this evening

Week 2 in Cheyenne

This week has been great.

October 25, 2017: I was on exchanges with Elder L and Elder G as my companions were in Windsor on exchanges with the assistants. We spent almost all day helping a potential investigator move from one of our wards to our other one. That was a lot of fun. Then we went and taught a part member family in their ward which was neat as well.

Spiritual: Service is good for the soul.

October 26, 2017: We had district meeting which was good. We then had the chance to talk with a former missionary that was passing through to go to Scottsbluff. Then we went and tried a few referrals to limited success. Then we went and helped the STLs get a few pieces of furniture which was good.

Spiritual: Trying to talk with everyone brings blessings.

October 27, 2017: We helped the STLs with painting at a less actives which was a lot of fun. Then we had a meeting with one of the Stake Presidents which was awesome. Then we did some weekly planning which was a lot of fun. Then we went to our less cool ward’s Halloween Party.

Spiritual: Planning is a blessing.

October 28, 2017: We helped a recent convert Family move which was fun. Then we went to a lesson with a less active which was good. Then we had our awesome ward’s Halloween party which was a blast.

Spiritual: Visit those you don’t know and you will gain blessings.

October 29, 2017: We had church which was amazing. One of the high council men gave a lesson on the Book of Mormon which was awesome. We then taught a lesson to a girl who is getting baptized  tomorrow the baptismal interview questions.

Spiritual:” The Book of Mormon is the most correct book on earth” Joseph Smith Jr

October 30, 2017: We had a District meeting which was awesome. Following that we went and did some tracting which was fun. Then we taught a FHE lesson on Faith using the Nephi and Brass plates story which was awesome.

Spiritual: The Book of Mormon brings joy

October 31, 2017: We went junk shop shopping which was boring to me. Then we played basketball for a bit before dinner and then we will be heading in soon.

Spiritual: unity brings blessings.

First week in Cheyenne

This week has been interesting

October 17, 2017: We had transfers which was a joy. I got to Laramie where I met with one of my two new companions. Then we went up to Cheyenne where we met up with Elder T. Then we spent the day with Elder S as his new companion did not come up until late. Then we got his new companion and I stayed with them overnight as they needed to drive the ScottsBluff trio to there area and our truck would not be able to fit six.

Spiritual: Change is good.

October 18, 2017: We met up as a companionship which was good. We did a fair bit of administrative work. Then we did a bit of tracting and contacting which was alright.

Spiritual: All parts of a job are needed.

October 19, 2017: We did some service helping a family move which was good before we got the mission van and got to drive it up to Scottsbluff with those Elders which was pretty fun long car drive.

Spiritual: Always try to be greatful.

October 20, 2017: We had two district meetings which was fun. Then we did a fair bit of tracting and contacting which filled most of the day.

Spiritual: Seek first to do the Lords will and then your own.

October 21, 2017: We did a bit of Service which was good but we then did a lot of finding to no success sadly.

Spiritual: You will not always have success so treasure it when it comes.

October 22, 2017: We had six hours of church which was so much fun. Then we went and tried contacting some people and Elder K almost got eaten by a dog. Then we had Stake Priesthood meeting which was amazing.

Spiritual: The sacrament is a blessing.

October 23, 2017: We were on Exchanges, I was with Elder K and Elder P so that was fun. We had district meeting which was good. Then we did some finding to no success sadly. Then we did some contacting to less success. Then we taught their investigator a lesson which was amazing before ending exchanges.

Spiritual: You can always learn something new.

October 24, 2017: We have not done much today. We are going to be playing Basketball or Elder Tis before dinner and then they will be heading to Windsor for Exchanges with the APs

Last week in Saratoga/ Hanna

This week has been good and interesting to say the least

October 10, 2017: We tried to set up our Facebook accounts to limited success but that was alright. Then we tried contacting a few people but had no success.

Spiritual: God blesses us if we try

October 11, 2017: We spend much of the day trying to contact people which was alright but not successful in the slightest. We also spent a good amount of time cleaning our trailer due to having apartment inspections the following day.

Spiritual: The spirit cannot dwell in unclean temples

October 12, 2017: We had our apartment inspection which I believe we passed. Then we had district meeting which took up the rest of the day basically.

Spiritual: If you do your best the lord will do the rest

October 13, 2017: We did Service of moving firewood for an older member of the Ward which was fun. Then we did some planning before we had a lesson with a less active that is returning to activity which was great.

Spiritual: Service is good for the soul.

October 14, 2017: We helped another older family in the Ward clear out a section of their home which was good. We then finished weekly planning before getting transfer news, Orzel is staying and I am going to Cheyenne as a ZL companion.

Spiritual: Service keeps your mind busy

October 15, 2017: We went to church in Hanna which was good as we also got to meet a member of the mission presidency. Aside from church we did not do too much except I almost finished packing.

Spiritual: The sacrament is a blessing.

October 16,2017: We aren’t going to be doing too much due to transfers tomorrow. Please note that this is the last Monday P-day of my mission so I will be emailing on Tuesday instead from now on.

Week # 5 Saratoga/ Hanna Wyoming

This week has flown by

October 3, 2017: We did a small bit of service but somehow most of the day got away from us which was not too bad.

Spiritual: Service brings blessings

October 4, 2017: We had district meeting which was amazing as always, following which we started Exchanges, I was up in Rawlins with Fono which was good. Exchanges went well, we met a bunch of their youth and spent a hour or so with a guy who is working on going on a mission eventually.

Spiritual: Get to know the youth, believe in them don’t always fear for them, they were saved for now so they are already prepared to go forth

October 5, 2017: We finished Exchanges, Fono and I had done a bit of service before we went and cleaned their apartment, as it was nasty. Then we closed exchanges.

Spiritual: The spirit cannot dwell in unclean temples

October 6, 2017: We did weekly planning which was good but took up the majority of the day. We also got a new version of our planning tool which is super buggy but it is what it is.

Spiritual: Planning is important.

October 7, 2017: We helped a lady move in our ward which was good, we then helped another family in the Ward move a lot of boxes and stuff into a storage facility which was good and fun. Those service projects took up all of the day basically.

Spiritual: Service is good for the heart.

October 8, 2017: We had stake conference broadcast which was good. After that we did studies before we had a long dinner appointment which was good, but when we went out to the car we discovered that Elder O had left his door wide open and so there was a decent amount of snow in the truck, luckily all on his side.

Spiritual: Your local leaders are a blessing

October 9, 2017: We are not doing much today as there is not much we can do.

Spiritual: when you are in doubt of what to do ask God and he will tell you

Saratoga/Hanna Week #4

This week has been good and full of driving.

September 26, 2017: We were supposed to have a lessons in Medicine Bow but that did not happen but we still went up to Hanna for a bit which was good but did not have any success doing anything.

Spiritual: Blessings come in the Lords not our own.

September 27, 2017: We did a bit of service at the old folks home before we did studies before we went up to Laramie to stay with some elders up there so we would not have wake up at 3 to make We to zone conference in time, and then Elder O stayed up until 3 talking with another friend Elder which meant I was up until 3 as well but all is good.

Spiritual: The lord will strengthen his servants.

September 28, 2017: We had zone conference which was great. It was focused on being able to do hard things, which was great. We then had interviews which was great as always.Afterwards we went back to our area getting back about 

Spiritual:We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

September 29, 2017: We had weekly planning which was good but took up the rest of the day.

Spiritual: Planning brings blessings.

September 30, 2017: We got to watch conference which was amazing as always. My favorite talk Saturday was Elder Oaks as he spoke on the importance of the family a proclamation.

Spiritual: When you hear from the lords anointed heed to their counsel.

October 1, 2017: We got to watch conference where my favorite address was Elder Andersen’s as he quoted the two members of the 15 we will quite probably never hear from again. We also got to teach a discussion to a girl who is working on coming back to full activity which was awesome as well.

Spiritual: God blesses you for your desires.

October 2, 2017: We have not done much as it has been a limit drive day, due to Laramie getting six inches of snow last night, we have no snow on the ground but whatever.

Spiritual: Having a day of R and R is always nice

Week # 3 Hanna/ Saratoga Wyoming

his week has been slow but that is alright as always.

September 19, 2017: We did quite a bit of contacting which was not very successful sadly. But that took up most of the day so we did not do much else.

Spiritual: Contact people who you have not seen recently it probably will have a good effect on them.

September 20,2017: We had district meeting which was a lot of fun though it took a lot of the day. We then did a bit of contacting before heading up to Rawlins to start Exchanges.

Spiritual: Spending time with those who understand you is a great blessing.

September 21, 2017: We were on exchanges which was really good and fun, Elder D and I were on foot due to neither of us having driving privileges. That was a lot of fun but took up a lot of time. Aside from that not too much took place as Elder D and I just did service.

Spiritual: Be grateful for your blessings.

September 22, 2017: We had Weekly Planning which we were not able to start until late as we needed the phone and Elder Ol left it up in Rawlins which was so much fun. Then planning took a lot of the day.

Spiritual: Be grateful for your skills such as memory because not everyone has it.

September 23, 2017: We did service which was fun and was most of the day luckily. Other than that we did not do too much.

Spiritual: Service is good for the soul.

September 24, 2017: We had church which was great as always, then we finished weekly planning which was also good.

Spiritual: the sacrament is a huge blessing

September 25, 2017: Due to being out of miles we will not be doing much today.

Spiritual: Gratitude is everything

Week 2 of transfers

September 12, 2017: We had district meeting which was fun and the Zone Leaders dame which was good. We did a small bit of finding to no success before we started exchanges at the end of the day.

Spiritual: Meetings are often a blessing,

September 13, 2017: We were on exchanges which was good. I was with Elder Fonotisatele which was fun, he is a really great missionary. We tried finding people a bit but had no real success sadly.

Spiritual: Change can be a huge blessing.

September 14, 2017: We spent most of the day trying to contact less actives which was alright, not much success but all is good none the less.

Spiritual: Less active work is super important in the church.

September 15, 2017: We spent almost the entire day doing weekly planning which was pretty good. We then met with a recent convert and set up a time to go teach her the recent convert lessons.

Spiritual: Planning is key.

September 16, 2017: We first went outside to discover we had a very flat tire, so we had to change that which was a different experience. Then we went and did some service at the Ward Mission Leaders place which was good as well.

Spiritual: Learn as much as you can you never know when it will come in handy.

September 17, 2017: We went up to Hanna for church and that was good, following church we tried contacting a few people out in that general area and had some success. 

Spiritual: Trying something new can be a blessing.

September 18, 2017: We are going up to Rawlins for a decent portion of the day because of the others in our district living up there and needing to get a new tire. Aside from that and hanging out, we have a lesson this evening which should be fun.

Spiritual: When life gives you lemons make lemonade.

Week 1 of transfers

September 5, 2017: We had Transfers which was long. We did a lot of driving and that was about it but that was okay.

Spiritual: Be grateful for even the smallest blessings such as not having to drive every day for 5 hours straight.

September 6, 2017: We did a lot of driving, we went to Hanna which was good but a very long drive. We did not have success up there but it was alright. We then drove more back to Saratoga.

Spiritual: The lord puts you in places where he needs you to be.

September 7, 2017: We had District meeting which was fun, following which we tried making contact with a few people to no success. 

Spiritual: Getting along with those you interact with most is a blessing.

September 8, 2017: We spent most of the day doing weekly planning which was not bad. But it took up most of the day.

Spiritual: Planning is important.

September 9, 2017: We did a bit of service which was good. We also did studies which was good. 

Spiritual: Service always brings blessings.

September 10, 2017: We went to church in Saratoga, having no real contact yet in Hanna,He said they live about 2 minutes away from the chapel in Saratoga and about an hour from the chapel in Hanna).(he said their ward is about 150 people) and that was good as church always is. Following which we had studies most of the rest of the day.

Spiritual: The Sabbath is a delight.

September 11, 2017: We plan to send some time with the Rawlins Elders. We will also be having a meeting in Laramie in the evening.

Spiritual: Blessings come when you do as your leaders ask you to.

Transfers..Wyoming here I come

This past week has been interesting.

August 29, 2017: We went up to Loveland so Elder Hi could meet with the mission councilor which was good for him. Aside from that not too much happened.

Spiritual: Seek help when needed

August 30, 2017: We had district meeting which was terrific but long, other than that we did not do too much as Elder H was under the weather again.

Spiritual: Meetings with those who have similar thoughts as you can be important.

August 31, 2017: We spent a large part of the day with Elders Ha and C Bwhich was good and fun, they had a member with them who is living with his grandfather right now, since he just lost everything to the hurricane that went through Houston.

Spiritual: Be grateful for what you have because it might not always be there.

September 1, 2017: We went up to Windsor so Elder H could meet with the councilor again. We saw many of the departing missionaries there which was cool as they are gone tomorrow morning. We also talked with the APs a bit before heading out. Elder H has also developed a cold which is not fun for either of us as it makes it even harder for him to go out.

Spiritual: Seeing those you know and respect can be helpful for you to know where you could be if you try.

September 2, 2017: Elder Hi was really under the weather so we took a low key day, which was not fun for me but what he needed. We got transfer information, we are getting swept, second time in a row for me, I am going to middle of nowhere Wyoming covering two wards, an hour away from the closest shopping and other missionaries and Elder Hi is going to Fort Morgan.

Spiritual: Change can be good.

September 3, 2017: We packed which was okay. Then we had church which was good as normal. Following that we went by a few members homes to say adios. Then we headed to the N which as always was awesome and spent a while there.

Spiritual: Change can be hard but can be good 

September 4, 2017: We will be saying final farewells. We also will be going bowling with the N and the Sisters as one last Hurrah I suppose. 

Spiritual: Saying goodbye is often the hardest thing.
