Yuma week # 4

This week was interesting but not too much occurred.

January 31, 2018: We had district meeting in Sterling which was fun, I
suppose, and that took almost four hours due to travel time and the
sort. In the later evening we had a lesson with a less active family
which was really good, I know the spirit was there.
Spiritual: lessons with members can be very spiritual.

February 1, 2018: We spent a good chunk of the day planning out our
exchanges that we were going to be having the following day. We also
went and tried to contact the less actives in the very rural areas but
had no success sadly.
Spiritual: Try and try again.

February 2, 2018: We were on Exchanges which was good. I was with
Elder Halladay which was fun. We talked quite a bit about people back
home which was fun. We also tried to contact a few less actives but
had no success then either.
Spiritual:Changing things up from time to time is good.

February 3, 2018: We did quite a bit of service for a less active
family in the branch which was good and fun, though it took up much of
the day. Then we went and visited a less active family in the middle
of nowhere which was good, though they literally talked our ears off
but whatever.
Spiritual: Service is always good for the soul.

February 4, 2018: We had church which was great as always. We had a
less active family come for the first time in almost a year which was
neat. After church we did some weekly planning which was good as well.
Spiritual: The sacrament is a delight.

February 5, 2018: We did a no drive day to conserve miles and that was
fun. We went and saw a less active lady and talked with her for about
40 minutes which was fun. Then we went and finished weekly planning.
We decided that since everyone, outside of the branch and president
McMurray, think that we are lazy missionaries because we are not
getting numbers, as we are focusing on less active work as the Branch
President, Branch Mission Leader, and President Mc want us to
do, but since everyone thinks we are being bums we are going to get
the numbers they think are so important, more than peoples salvation,
and the give them the numbers that they worship.
Spiritual! Planning is good.

February 6, 2018: We are hanging out with the Sterling elders today in
their area which should be fun.
Spiritual: People can be fun to hang out with
